Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience. Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem. The same is true for your body. Your body has to go through a particular plan of care in order to repair itself correctly and fully.
We ask that you bring any pertinent information regarding your condition, such as recent X-rays or MRI reports. Remember to bring your insurance card, also. Upon entering our office, we require completion of health history and patient information forms. These forms provide information to help the doctor determine the nature and extent of your health condition.

I have been going to Dr. Lett for about 10 years. I went to him because I had my daughter when I was 36 and I was in a lot of pain in my lower back. I was kinda of scared in the beginning because I hear a lot of horror stories about chiropractors. Dr. Lett brought my back back to normal again. I had no pain and I could move again. He is very patient and he will work with you as far as payments.
I never felt pressured to get expensive treatment. He has even helped my daughter with fundraising. He has adjusted my whole family. My family recently moved to Olive Branch and I started going to a doctor up here. It has been a horrible experience for me. I really miss going to Dr. Lett.

Went in to have an adjustment today by Dr. Lett. Been using him for over 10 years. I called prior to going to make sure I could get in. The receptionist was beyond rude when I tried to check in. After I was given paperwork to fill out, she began to talk with another person saying she hated ignorant people that didn't have appointments and thought they did. Dr Lett has been taking walk ins for years. Dr Lett, you have lost my business. The receptionist even called me stupid as I walked out the door.
