Our purpose is to help bring the subtle balance between mind and body through the practice of traditional classical Indian Hatha and Raja Yoga. The basis of our unique practice is Viniyoga which is a more practical and much safer approach to taking Hatha Yoga.

I cannot say enough nice things about this studio and teacher, Hanif. He is kind and understanding and truly cares about his students. Hanif takes special care with each one of us to make sure we get the benefits of yoga and not hurt ourselves. During this time of safe distancing, Hanif has arranged to continue his classes via Zoom. He has adjusted his classes to make sure we all get the same benefits as we get in the studio. I highly recommend Rising Hearts! Thank you Hanif for your kindness and dedication!

Since COVID Rising Hearts offers ONLINE classes. The classes are offered morning and evening. The online classes are a lifesaver during these difficult times. The teacher offers very detailed instruction regarding breathing, how to position your body and tips to modify the poses if you have back, shoulder, hip, knee or neck issues. He is very concerned about keeping you safe during the poses.
There is always a short meditation component which helps clear the mind. I have been doing Yoga for 30 years and have never had a better instructor. Rising Heart offers a Breathe, Stretch and Restore class which is great for a beginner or if you just want to unwind from the day. If you are an experienced practitioner, try the higher level classes. The classes are reasonably priced.

I absolutely loved this Yoga studio. Hanif is an excellent instructor who is good at balancing group instruction and attention to the individual needs of yoga practitioners. He pays attention to the individual abilities of each student and helps them progress in a way that is healthy to them. Further, he has such a wide array of class offerings that it is very easy to find multiple times in your schedule to attend classes. Do yoga here!

I have been taking yoga at Rising Hearts for a few years and I love it. Hanif gives the best instruction of any yoga teacher that I have had and he is very careful about gearing the classes to the level of each individual student. I try to go 4 times a week and it has become part of my lifestyle. This class has helped me through bursitis and other physical issues, and the meditation really helps me stay calmed and centered. Highly recommended!

I have been attending Rising Hearts Yoga Studio for almost two years now and go consistently four times a week. It has made me feel better, given me more strength, and is a great way to jump start my day. Hanif talks through each pose as it is being done so that there is never a question about if you are doing it correctly. He is genuine & always concerned about his students and makes adaptations for anyone needing them. I highly recommend this studio.

I have been attending to this yoga studio for over a year an a half. I have tried other classes and other studios in the past, but after enrolling to Rising Hearts Yoga Studio nothing can compare to these studio lessons, they go above and beyond. Hanif is a very dedicated instructor that really care about his students and promote the safe Yoga practice.
His multiple level sessions are a really good strategy for new Yoga practitioners. Overall its a very relax environment and no extreme Yoga positions that just injure our bodies. This is a very conscience class that its purely dedicated to a good balance of body and mind.

I have been at Rising Hearts Studio for almost 2 years. Hanif is a very good instructor and always concerned with providing appropriate modifications for students who have specific needs. Hatha yoga is an excellent way to improve flexibility and strength even when you have physical limitations. I highly recommend this studio for adults of all ages.
