Dave is available for intuitive suggestions as to herbs for ailments. A store full of wellness items including crystals (10s of thousands!) And every remedy I can think of in every form. books, lotions, water & healthy candy bars. definitely a wonderful curiosity & supply house with a wellness center too.

I drove 3 hours to attend a class with my little baby. She was a little grumpy, and so was I. Every single employee would tell me how cute she was, and how great I was doing, every time they passed me. They showed me some 'calm you down' flower essence spray, that helped us both immediately. A few of the girls offered to hold my baby so I could go to the bathroom and sneak into class for a little while. It seriously brought me to tears. They were SO NICE to me, and accommodating to my child. Thank you will never be enough. I will keep coming back for years. Thank you!

I fell in love with this place the moment I stepped in. The space is almost as welcoming as the staff. I had three wonderful conversations about different minerals and gems they had in the store as well as about the local gem faire. I plan to go back later this month to get more pieces. They definitely utilize karmic pricing in a way, the piece that's supposed to be with you ends up coming home with you. They also offer acupuncture, supplements, and other services, but I have only looked at the stones and jewelry.

I've tried both locations. The employee turnover is insane. The employees seem miserable and they also push Dave's personal formulas while never being able to explain what that particular product would do and why its superior to nationally known, established companies that have been making supplements for decades. It would be nice if the employees were happy, more knowledgeable, and its obvious they earn commission if they sell Dave's products which certainly puts into question ethics of this company. The managers are always brand new too. I don't know why nobody stays. This is my personal experience and my views alone.

Although they had the product that I was looking for their customer service lacked greatly, I showed up about 15 minutes early today, the doors were unlocked the lights were on and workers were at the register. as I entered into the store one of the employees told me that they would not be open until 9, I asked "so 15 minutes?" she replied " yes." This now meant that I needed to figure out a way to wait 15 minutes with my 12 month old close to nap time and their lobby isn't Family friendly.
Then 9 o'clock rolls around one of the employees came out and asked can I help you with something I simply replied that I was waiting to go in since I had been told I was not allowed in. She said that they were open now and then I could come in I simply asked where the product was that I wanted got it and left. I did mention however that I think that they could have used the time to let me browse around and I probably would have purchased more than the item I came in for their response to this was "normally the doors are locked".
I feel like this was an opportunity that they could have used to improve their services and to be a financially positive decision. There are plenty other health nutrition and food stores that I could go to, I will definitely not go to one with bad customer service.
