The Yoga Studio was established in 2000 as the original yoga studio in South Dakota. It has since continued to lead the way for progressive and adaptable yoga in the area. We have created a name synonymous with support, love, and authenticity. The Yoga Studio is known for providing safe, accessible and affordable yoga to all individuals. We offer over 40 classes per week with multiple styles of yoga. Our classes offer a range of levels from gentle to advanced. The teachers at The Yoga Studio are trained and certified, providing safe and structured yoga.

I went here awhile back, signing up again. Love the place and atmosphere they are always knowledgeable and make sure your experience is to its full extent. Highly recommend to anyone if your a beginner or advanced they have the perfect classes for all.

I was verbally told when I signed up for the ACH withdrawal "it can be stopped at any time". But find that is not the case and the contract is now being quoted. Deceptive advertising when you verbally tell a customer one thing and don't adhere to that.

I love the variety of classes offered at the Yoga Studio. There's something for everyone! In every class I've attended the teacher has been knowledgeable, easy to learn from and willing to have fun with their class. The atmosphere of the studio is inviting and friendly.

We have been participating in the studio for several years now. I appreciate teachers who are well studied and well grounded in traditional yoga practices. Many options are offered for classes and teachers which provides something for most everyone. The classes are well led are students are encouraged to do what they can and options given for the level of ability. It is a very good place to practice yoga.
