Ordered something and never got it. Called twice talked to someone and still nothing. 6/12 Hi Tom, Thanks for the reply. I'm sorry that I had to get your attention this way but after calling over 20 times acquiring about my order that was over 2 months ago with no communication/email, I started to worry. Having ordered things online from the early 2000's, I have never ordered something that didn't come with any form of communication if there was a problem. Covid, yes, I have ordered items during this time and communication was made from other companies; for example, we are out of this item, etc.
I feel that I am fair in that if someone communicated with me in any way, I would be sympathetic, especially being a small business. I feel that I have given you ample time to refund my money or communicate. I'm sorry if you were unaware of this, but it is very difficult to contact anyone from your business. I have spoken to Will but he has done nothing for me.
Please refund my money. 3/21 I bought "Lentils, Black Lentils Himalayan Organic - size : 5 pounds" Thank you so much for your time! 9/14/20 Still no word from Tom or Will, so I'm filing a fraudulent claim with my bank and the BBB. I spoke with Will about 20 times and every time he says he will call back and never did. I'm guessing this company will soon be out of business. I would not order anything online from these people.

If it weren't for Groupon, I would never have known this business existed. I am now a happy customer of eSutras! Being vegan does not mean I am also giving up sweets. A slice of vegan cake at Whole Foods costs $5.00. Too much! I decided to bake for myself, and for that, I needed vegan ingredients. Enter Groupon. I got bars of Cacaos 71% Ultra Rich Chocolate; packages of Vegan Espresso Chocolate Wafers; two containers of Vegan Rice Milk White Chocolate; and two packages of Vegan Chocolate Chips.
Everything is delicious. Everything works well in recipes. Even I was surprised how good these products are. I mean, who thought you could get White Chocolate with Rice Milk? But you can! I can't discern any difference in taste between the vegan version and the full fat version that uses dead animals as part of its ingredients. I'm also pleased to be able to patronize a small, local business.
The company does offer a lot of other products, which I cannot review as I have not used them. However, the high quality of the things I have had only encourage me to try other products. The staff is really nice, too. I met one of the production people, and talked on the phone to the owner. Super sweet, both of them. They answered all my questions patiently and completely.
In fact, they were so enthusiastic about the products that I got excited, too! I highly recommend eSutras, even if you don't have a Groupon! I will definitely be patronizing this business in the future.
