I have been seeing Dr. Amy for acupuncture treatments for about 6 months now. She has been dedicated to helping me with my fertility journey since day 1. Not once did I feel the judgement I have experienced by western medicine practitioners. She shows true compassion and understanding and takes the time to explain everything she is doing + what every herbal supplement will do for my body.

I have seen tremendous improvement in my overall health and I am always super excited to share my progress with Dr. Amy---and she even returns my enthusiasm! I am hopeful that we will continue to see great improvement and get to my fertility goals soon enough! I am thankful to share my journey with someone so passionate and remarkably gifted at what she does.

I love this place! Dr Amy is my doctor and she is excellent at what she does. She understands and is able to explain easily what Chinese medicine and European/American-based medicine have to offer. I've been plagued with ailments for 7 years and sought help through traditional and integrative health PCPs, gastroenterologists and others with no improvement. By the time I relocated to Memphis 3 months ago, I was tired and frustrated and had little hope of finding a doctor to help me heal.

I thought I would get acupuncture to reset my body so I can just get through my work days. Well, 3 months later, I have complete confidence in Dr. Ly as my body is healing with visible results! Dr. Ly Natural Health has absolutely changed my life! In September of 2021, I was diagnosed with a rare neurological disorder called Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, brought on by Shingles. This left me with complete right side facial paralysis (couldn't smile, blink, close my eye, or swallow food), and a lot facial and cranial pain. After meeting with several doctors, I was told that I might not see any movement in my face for a year, at which point we could consider surgery. Waiting 12 months to see if I could regain any facial movement did not seem like a good plan to me.

I had researched my condition online and found that some people in other states were having success with acupuncture. I originally chose Dr. Ly's office because they have 2 board certified neurologists on staff. I have worked with Dr. Alex, Dr. Helen and Dr. Amy Ly, as well as Dr. Ling and ALL have been truly amazing. I started to see and feel results after my first session.

After 9 weeks I have almost fully regained my smile, have more control over my eye, have less pain, and am eating normal meals! The care and compassion that I have been shown is overwhelming. I never imaged that acupuncture would be something I would try, but I will be forever grateful that I found Dr. Ly.
