Dr. Dennis Robertson runs a referral-based chiropractic practice. We use this website to explain to Fresno-area residents what chiropractic is-and what chiropractic isn't! Over all a good experience, I felt comfortable and felt somewhat better after just one Tx. Please keep in mind that communications via email over the internet are not secure. Our approach is simple. We believe that health is amongst our most valuable possessions. And while we generally meet people after they've lost their health, our commitment is two-fold. We're committed to teaching our patients that true health is a journey, not a destination. Through educational opportunities (like this website), we hope to communicate the value of ongoing chiropractic care.
I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked into the office. The front office staff was professional and welcoming, and Dr. Robertson made me feel at ease from the moment I met him. Not only was the Staff always professional and courteous, Dennis Robertson DC went right to work on my case and began to alleviate problems the very first day.
We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. Think of an adjustment as "tuning" a piano, adjusting each string so it produces the perfect tone.
If you've ever gone to a social event where you didn't know anyone, you know how uncomfortable that can make you feel. Our goal is to eliminate every shred of apprehension and make you feel at home. Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it's important that our relationship can go the distance.

Great choice! I recently went to have my back adjusted since I was leaning to one side and was in severe pain. Since the chiropractor could see my spine and feel it there was thankfully no need to get an expensive X-ray. A small wait and a few adjustments and my pain was greatly reduced, definitely coming back to Northwest Chiropractic.

They put me on the roller table for about 5 minutes, then quickly adjusted my neck/back. Total of about 10 minutes with no relief to my symptoms, if anything they got worse! I spent more time watching the dumb videos they make you watch in the waiting room. I've been to many chiropractors and these guys were definitely one of worst! With SO many choices in town, look elsewhere for someone who will take their time with you & give you the treatment you deserve! Update, I was just seen by a very reputable chiropractor here in town & I was told you don't just go adjusting somebody's neck, without taking x-rays first! His reasoning is that if you don't see what needs adjusting first, how do you know what to adjust & you run the risk of causing serious damage!
