Ellen Montague started studying the Usui Shiki Ryoho system of Reiki in 1988. She became a Reiki Master in 1994. She received her Oregon Massage License #3292 in 1990 and has been practicing in Oregon and Alaska since that time. She continues to study a number of techniques including Cranio Sacral, Reflexology, and energy work. Massage and Reiki treatments are by appointment only.

Lomilomi is an ancient Hawaiian massage practice that soothes and relaxes the body, offering profound healing. Once passed on only through the Hawaiian Ohana (family) line, Lomilomi was brought forward in the last 50 years to be learned by others through the vision and commitment of Auntie Margaret Machado.
Reiki is a gentle healing art rediscovered in Japan in the early 1900's and now practiced throughout the world. During a Reiki treatment, gentle safe touch is given in a specific and easily learned sequence. Reiki encourages the body to bring it's own resources and attention to any source of tension, dis-ease or discomfort on the physical, mental or emotional level in order to heal.
Lymphatic Drainage is a relaxing and profound work that opens the lymphatic system gently and with very light pressure, painlessly stimulating healthy functioning of the immune system and encouraging the production of antibodies. Among other benefits, Lymphatic work reduces swelling, edema and muscular tension, relieves many symptoms of chronic pain, eases inflammation and increases range of motion.

Ellen is spectacular. She has been helping me significantly since my last surgery. I had many complications with 3 major surgeries and an infection. She has kept my lymphatic system working and moving. She is very intuitive to what your body needs, even if you don't realize it at the time. She is kind, soft spoken, and so great at explaining things if you need it. She is also great at just working on you if you need quiet and relaxing. She has been a God send to my health and healing.
