Yoga Motion Over the past 35 years I have shared the teachings and benefits of living a Full Spectrum Life. This translates as living well in all layers of your being - body, mind, emotions, soul, and spirit. The foundation of my teaching is built on simplicity and consistency with the integration of modern-day science and the wisdom offerings of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Plant Nutrition. When you are ready to address your health and happiness as a non-negotiable, I have a broad curriculum of courses designed with you in mind.

What began as Bozeman's first Yoga Studio in 1998, has flourished as a School of Yoga certifying hundreds of Yoga Teachers from across the globe. Having facilitated 49 Trainings (RYS200) over the past 20 years, Nancy Ruby, in collaboration with a team of wellness professionals, has developed the curriculum to include another 300 hours of Advanced Training in Yoga and Ayurveda (RYS300).
How did I find myself on the path of Yoga? It wasn't so much an epiphany as much as a simple occurrence that sparked my interest. There was no trauma or tragedy, or even a small catastrophe. Sometimes I feel odd for not having a more striking story like so many of my peers. However, I can tell you that one need not wait to explore Yoga for any reason other than a basic desire to feel good.
We create peaceful, healing environments where people can feel good, have fun, and live well. YMWA is a community center offering you a place to conduct your own class, course, presentation, meeting, workshop or retreat. Request our detailed agreement to secure your dates, marketing options, and facility care.
Since 1998 I have enjoyed sharing this foundational training with women and men of all ages and abilities. I have witnessed hundreds of individuals deepen their relationship with themselves through the practices of yoga. Stepping into the idea of teaching yoga postures becomes an awakening to the vast knowledge and multiple avenues that all lead to living a healthy, fulfilling, passionate life.

Nancy is a crook. My wife cancelled instructor training and requested the 50% refund that the YogaMotion website offered and which Nancy agreed to. Nancy said she was remodeling her studio and cash was short so she would make $200 per month payments of the 50%. The payments never occurred. When asked about them, Nancy had someone pose as a lawyer sending me a letter offering a token settlement amount and threatening action if I continued to 'harass' her (by requesting the agreed upon payments).

Her fear was that she would be confronted during her Utah classes. Nancy may be a good instructor but she's horrible human being. Any response from her that he tried to go out of her way to help us is BS. Her website offered a 50% refund and she agreed to the terms. She tried to pressure us using a fake law firm. I hope she enjoys Hell - it will suit her. *** If you deal with her, get everything in writing ***
