I am retired and getting older. I very rarely have a need to go to a doctor. This was the first time I have gone to a chiropractor. I was having knee problems and do not want surgery. I went to Batson Chiropractic Group and they were great. The Doctors were and staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The care was excellent and I will be able to avoid surgery. Awesome. Thank you Batson Chiropractic Group.

Staff is great very helpful and friendly. Dr Greg is the best. He is able to listen to the patient and access the situation and do what is needed to bring relief. He is very understanding and good at what he does. I feel very secure having him treat me as needed

Everyone is so nice here and speaks, asks about fam and weekend plans. Docs are attentive and listen to issues and provides solutions. Therapists are super great as well. So glad I joined the family there!

Batson Chiro Health Group has taken care of my whole family for years. From my grandmother, to my niece, and everywhere in between. You won't find an unkind person in the whole building. I always feel heard, and trust they treat the entire body getting to the root of the problem. I've had adjustments, acupuncture, b12 shots, immunity shots and supplement recommendations. Everything they offer is top notch!

I was looking for a place close to where I live and that was open later in the day. I found them and called to set up an appointment. From the first call everyone was so nice and helpful. I had a neck pain, head and jaw pain. Dr. Greg adjusted me really really well. He is amazing. The staff took good care of me massaging my shoulder and opening up the knots I didn't know I had. I came out happy and pain free.

Greatest Chiropractor's around. I seen Dr. McClure when he was located in Dickson but followed him to Nashville when he closed his office here. I have seen pretty much every Dr there and love them all. I travel almost an hour and half just to see them. All of therapy personnel is great also

I think this office was built on top of a lake, because these people walk on water! Doctor Will pretty much raise me back from the dead. He is phenomenal at his craft and the staff is Always fast, compassionate and accommodating. I'd give 10 stars, but Google wouldn't let me.

I've been coming here for many years, the staff and Dr's are amazing. I go once a month for my adjustment, treatment and I never leave without seeing their great NP for a B12 and immune boost injection! You can get a massage here to with their massage therapist! Great place to go that really cares about you and your family.

I've been going to Batson for over 7 years. The doctors and staff are incredible, and they have the widest variety of additional therapy I've ever seen. I've now referred multiple clients who've become long term patients.

After going to see many Chiropractors over the years this is the first one that made me feel like they were actually fixing my problems. The attention to detail and walk through at the beginning made you feel a sense of ease that they were going to help solve your issues. On top of that they are affordable and don't try "hamstring" you into decisions. They are incredible knowledgeable and professional and look forward to seeing the results from my future visit!

Great staff who always greet me by name and make me feel welcome. I have been seeing Dr. Butts for several months and he is always very attentive and happy to answer my questions. Flexible scheduling is a plus. My only negative is that insurance is not accepted, however they will provide itemized receipts to submit to insurance.

Really appreciate how quickly BCG was able to get me in for an appointment. The staff is kind and attentive, and Dr. Mitch has done amazing things for my back! Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Will and the staff at Batson take great care of me. I have been to three different chiropractors in the last 25 years before going to Batson. Two things make this place better than the others. (1) The doctor spends enough time with me to make sure everything is fully taken care of. He does a lot of gradual manipulations rather than just three quick pops etc.

I have been to places before where they do 3 or 4 pops and send you on your way which usually takes less than 5 minutes. The doctor understands and treats my unique issues. (2) The staff is very involved in the process. In the 25 years of going to chiropractors I have never seen a staff do even a third of what this staff does. High quality staff. They have very good machines with tens units.

Beyond the machines they use a percussion massager very well. They use some stretching techniques for my shoulder that really help. They do a thing called a "Trap Release" for my tight trapezius muscles which helps release my neck and just makes my entire upper back feel much better. You can't go wrong with this business.

I believe that most chiropractors are not that good (in my opinion). I also feel that this office is one of the exceptions to my belief. I have seen many chiropractors in my life, and there are only two who I would use my time to see. My first one from years ago, and Baton Chiropractic Group. This is one of the few that have taken the time to really listen to my issues, and know where the pain is, how it radiates and where to, and focuses on the cause of the pain, while at the same time working on relieving the symptom pain as well.

When I first came to this office, I told him that I believed most chiropractors were quacks (because they follow a cookie cutter approach to wellness). I am glad he made me a believer in this office. The staff is exceptional. I felt welcomed and treated with personal service. They were always pleasant, even if I were not so much. I am grateful to them and give my full endorsement for their service. This office in my opinion, sets the bar for chiropractic service.

Absolutely thrilled to have found this chiropractic office. Each visit feels like a mini massage! The therapists work on your trouble areas with a massage gun prior to adjustments and you have the option to sit in the amazing massage chairs at the end. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and it truly feels genuine. I've had experiences where you can sometimes feel a bit forced or sold on a care plan but here their approach to care is very moderate and manageable and the price is very fair for the care received.

Each adjustment really feels like a difference was made and improvements are felt. The experience is personalized and their knowledge is thoroughly demonstrated. I have been to a lot of chiropractors and have sometimes left wondering if anything was truly done but here it's just a top notch experience and I can't recommend them enough!
