Sonar is an upper cervical technique. Precision Upper Cervical adjusting is a little-known chiropractic procedure that corrects the position of the top vertebra of the spine (the atlas), and treats the brainstem and upperspinal cord misalignment. The atlas is a single, two ounce donut-shaped vertebra at the top of the spine.

About the Doctor Report

Dr. Lori D. Sprague graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1999 with honors on the President's List. She has quite a heritage in chiropractic. Daughter of Dr. Thomas R. Elliott, Jr (deceased) who invented Sonar, Dr. Sprague is the first fifth generation chiropractor to ever graduate from Palmer.

This is such place to get chiropractic treatment. For more than a year, I'd felt like a knife was stabbing into the back of my head/ neck area. I was referred to this chiropractic office and am so thankful I was. They adjusted me which made the pain go completely away. It had been out of alignment for so long, it took some time to heal, but I was like a new person out of pain. Over the years, I've referred many people to these doctors because of what they did for me.

Love this place it is so amazing. You walk in and instantly fell welcome. They use harmonics from the sonar instrument to gently move the spine with no pain. Immediately you feel so much better. The staff is so nice and helpful they really know their stuff.
