Everyone here is very friendly and great service. It was my first time getting acupuncture so I was very anxious but Dr. Chau walked me through everything and was very thorough with his treatment plan. Will definitely be back!

I should have written this review much earlier as I receive treatments there for the last 6 years. Dr Shen is just wonderful, she really cares about patients and always go above and beyond to help. Acupressure with Han is also great! Eastern Medical Center is my to - go place to fix any health issue or discomfort. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful!

I was taking Allergy and Asthma meds for over 20 years. I went to get acupuncture and with 3 months I stopped all of my meds. Now I go to Eastern Medical once a month and take some herbs. I feel great and don't take all the medicine.

I have been going to Eastern Medical Center for over a year now. I have seen all of their practitioners and they have all helped me in their own respective ways. Most recently I have been seeing Dr. Wu to assist with some minor aches and pains as I am an avid basketball player. Everyone from the front desk staff to the practitioners is nothing short of AMAZING. Must go!

I've been experiencing a great deal of back pain recently. Upper back and neck stiffness seems to be getting worse as I get older. This is most likely due to bad posture that's become the norm for a while now. I needed to seek relief and thought I'd give Eastern Medical Center after a friend had recommended it. I have tried both the acupuncture and acupressure a few times and so far it has been paying off. Dr. Chou is very patient and takes the time to understand the route cause of neck and back pain.

His assessment and knowledge of my pain is pretty accurate which enables him to target the pain area. I plan to seeing him regularly as my condition improves. I'm addition, I also like the fact that the facility is organized and clean. The folks working at the front desk are always friendly, which makes scheduling and changing an very easy.

I gave 160$ for a lifetime of ear ringing that i never had before i visited this place. I know acupuncture is not for everyone but this therapy once in my lifetime created massive depression for three months because i got a new problem of tinnitus since i went there. It has been three months and my ear ringing is chronic. I went there for my ear pressure issues and i came out with life long tinnitus which i never had.

I went there again desperately to reverse my symptoms but there is ofcourse no such thing! Since then i have had six ENT surgeons and specialists see me The root cause was the acupuncturist giving me electrical stimulation in my ears for the first time i went there! And that messed up my ears so bad that now my brain perceives silence as this buzzing sound - FOREVER. I have cried for nights praying to God. I know no one can take responsibility for my permanent ear ringing but it pains that it all started here because of negligence here

I had another wonderful session with Dr. Eric Wei Wang of EMC. He added a massage to my face, head an ears that helped irrigate blood to my brain. Great hands. Then he used the acupuncture with the heating lamp and I felt my whole body being flushed with energy. Amazing! He finished with cupping on my back. I am hooked! I look forward to my weekly sessions because I know I am not only in great hands, but with a knowledgeable, caring, charismatic health professional. Thank you Dr. Eric Wei Wang and the team at EMC. All very attentive and considerate.

I have received 2 treatments from Dr. Shinn and she spent a long time with me and explained as she worked, I feel like a valued client and very much apart of the experience. Great service! I have been going here for more than 3months to get an Acupunture. Dr. Jax and Dr. Shen both seem really good at what they do. Though i really liked Dr. Shen's holistic approach, its hard to get her appointments. So continuing with Dr. Jax, who's also doing great! Huge shout out to the front desk people, they are always welcoming and friendly!

Dr shen is extremely caring, professional and thorough. She asks lots of questions to understand what is going on with your body. She makes it very comfortable during the treatment and explains everything that she is doing as she is doing it. She makes sure that you are taken care of and genuinely cares about your well-being and health. i would give 10 stars if i could!

I have been experiencing nerve pain in my neck that has really impacted my quality of life. After receiving an epidural in my cervical spine, I still had complications. I informed some clinical friends of mine, and they highly suggested Eastern Medical Center - Pleasanton. The customer service is 5 stars. Front desk staff are on their A game. Dr. Wang is informative with great bedside manner. He takes the time listen and identify best approaches to your situation. So much neck relief in my first session. I will be returning for continued acupuncture care.

If you're having severe pain this place is a must! I had a pretty bad knee injury that caused me to be couch/bed bound in an immobalizing brace. As a result, I have trapped nerves and a compressed disk in my neck. The pain was very sharp in my neck and radiates down through my shoulder and to my tricep causing extreme pain that kept me from sleeping and ultimately from working.

My orthopedic gave me an opiate but I refused to take it so I needed something else. I made an appointment here and am extremely grateful I did. The staff was incredibly friendly. Eric Wang was easy to talk to and was able to target the pain. We started with 20 minutes of accupuncture including an electrode. After the 20 minutes the sharp pain in my neck was completely gone!

I am writing this review 5 days later and the pain in my neck is still gone. The pain in my shoulder and tricep are still there but I'm not upset about the treatment. He knocked out the neck pain and we will focus on the shoulder and arm pain next appointment Skip the pills and try this first. This has reduced my pain, which has allowed me to sleep better, which allows me to perform better within my work responsibilities. Thanks Eric!

I've been going to Eastern Medical Center consistently for acupuncture and acupressure massage for back pain due to a difficult pregnancy. I had tried physical therapy, took Advil way too often, did stretches at home and nothing helped. Jax and Han have helped so much. They both are amazing and have helped me so much. With the combination of treatments, the lack of pain is amazing. Jax also helps with my migraines due to TMJ.

Prior to seeing Jax I had gotten Botox and it only lasted a few months and it's been 2 years and I haven't received Botox for it since. Additionally, the front staff is always amazing. They always greet me with such enthusiasm.

I have been seeing Dr. Jax Chou every week since May 2021 and my acid reflux has went away. He is very attentive and knowledgeable on the acupuncture and the herbs he gave me. He would explain in details what each ingredient does and how it would help. The staff there are very friendly and I always leave the place each time with a great session.

Dr Shen is welcoming, caring, intuitive and spends time to find what works for me as a patient. Her staff has increased to include other practitioners of different eastern body practice- acupressure, energy therapy and reflexology. It's great to have them Under one roof. I have seen them for foot issues after surgery, neck issues, and some lower leg concerns. I have generally found relief and no longer use medicines regularly or chiropractic, even. I recommend giving this office and staff a try!

Dr. Shen is amazing. She is attentive and has the magic touch. I've had back pain for a long time and just the first visit already made a difference. I'm now a regular here. Front desk is always polite and helpful. They also helped me sort out insurance which is really helpful. Booking appointments online is so convenient for me too. Wonderful place to get your kinks sorted out!

I never thought acupuncture would be the alternative to aiding me with my health concern (chest tightness). Being that it was my first time, I was highly surprised at the immediate results. I was seen by Dr. Dooling who specializes in Seitai Shinpo (Japanese Structural Acupuncture). I felt like I was breathing fresh air once my treatment was complete.

I also experienced with acupressure with Dr. Han. The physical therapy-like treatment was amazing and loosened me up. The best advice I can give is to give your body its rights when in need of rest. I look forward to trying the different methods of treatment Dr. Shen and her practitioners have to offer.

This place is such a blessing! I go to Clinton weekly for my scoliosis. He is so amazing. Every time I leave my appointment I feel renewed and pain free which is so important to me as I've suffered from pain since I was 13. He relieves any tension I have. He really works wonders. I've gone to different chiropractors but when I am in pain I go to him and I am instantly healed.

He understands different meridians of the body and points in which to help the person. My mother and I are huge fans and pray Clinton never leaves! He is such a joy and has helped our health immensely. Another plus is the cupping they have here. Cupping also helps my back relieve itself from tension. This place is amazing and I recommend it to everyone : its an office with great people and energy.

I can't say enough about Eastern Medical Center. The entire staff is courteous and very friendly. I see Han for acupressure and it has absolutely helped with my aching shoulder. I highly recommend them for both acupuncture and acupressure. The office is also very clean and calming you almost feel like you're at a spa.

Dr. Shen and her team are amazing. I've seen Han for acupressure massages which is the only place I would get a massage from. Eric is currently helping with my neck and back issues and I have noticed much improvement. Dr. Shen has a great way talking to her patients besides doing acupuncture. Highly recommend.

Dr. Teresa Shen did an amazing job helping me with ear pressure (Eustachian tube dysfunction) along with neck, back, shoulder, and arm pain. She utilized cupping, acupressure, and acupuncture all done in the office, along with herbs to take home. After the 90 minute session I am feeling very free, lightweight, and uplifted. I can feel the tension easing and my muscles feel very relaxed. Definitely worth the time and would recommend to anyone to come here and see what Dr. Shen can do to help resolve any problems you may have with your health.
