A wonderful studio for getting the most out of a hot yoga practice. Clean and spacious with excellent air purification and a state of the art heating system, YogSol is top notch. Dan, Jeanne (and the entire teaching staff) go to great lengths to help people at all levels to enjoy being present, improve their practice and feel safe during these challenging times.
In addition, the community feel of the studio is warm and friendly, which makes the whole experience that much better. I've been practicing here for many years and look forward to many more!

YogaSol has become an indispensable part of my health and wellness routine. I came as a beginner seeking physical restoration, with persistent back pain and poor flexibility. Within months my back pain vanished and over time I received benefits I could have never imagined. I am grateful for the owners, practitioners and classmates who welcomed me, patiently guided me and made my experience fun and transformative.

Horrible ownership! The way the husband + wife decided to address/handle COVID is absolutely disgusting. And it truthfully breaks my heart to be writing this- as I have been a member and supporter of the small - family run business. I have been looking for a new local Bikram studio and am searching for with a broken heart. I loved the community I became a part of, the teachers that taught me, and the yoga. COVID is not a joke and should not be taken lightly, but bringing personal political views is not a way to run a business. Dan + Jenny decided to make their own mandate up, and require all members to be vaccinated.
Something that was not taken in account or approached with sensitivity is individuals with pre-existing medical conditions that are NOT allowed to get the vaccines at this time. I am one of those- before COVID, I was told by medical providers that I CANNOT even get a flu shot.

I got 10 passes from Groupon which made the cost reasonable. The studio itself is clean and organized. The women's room smells heavily of mildew though. There is an area where you can wipe down your mat which is nice. And a pump with decently tasting water. The reason I rated only three stars is due to the instructors. One of them was touting the fact that their certification only took 6 weeks.
And several of them said things during the classes which were not anatomically/medically accurate. Overall, it is a fine studio, but they should require their instructors to have continued education and to have a prior knowledge of anatomy. I have a back injury and two of the instructors kept asking me to do things I said I was unable to do. I can see how people could easily further injure themselves if they put full faith in to the instructors without knowing how little training they had.

Edie was very rude to me as well. She has a snobby, dispassionate attitude and I have no interest in coming back here and will recommend for others to do the same. It is CRYSTAL CLEAR that you guys protect precious Edie and the other employees over the customer's feelings in a way that again, comes off snobby and dispassionate. I worked in customer service for over 11 years and have been practicing hoy yoga for 10 and I can honestly easily say you all really need to get over yourselves. I also left before taking a class because of the unwelcoming vibes you give off. And Edie, you'd never be hired in my store

My most recent experience at Yoga Sol was very disappointing. The instructor, Edie, was extremely rude and not qualified to teach students with advanced yoga skills. I am from Asia and studied with a Yogi from India for over 10 years. My flexibility allows me to get into positions that Edie is not familiar with. She publicly criticized me in front of the class several times because I was in the correct pose, but it was not what she was teaching to the class. Based on the poor attitude of Edie, I will not go back to Yoga Sol.

Technically the experience was fine-- the class was somewhat rigorous, the instruction exact though often quite punishing, the space acceptable, clean, reasonably well laid out; my problem in particular was with the tone, and the delivery of the instructor and helpers at the studio. Any business needs to recognize the need to welcome and encourage fresh blood.
In doing so any new participant should be received and introduced to the practice and the routine at hand. The particular instructor was condescending, rude, harsh and cruel at times; the opposite of what this type of experience should include. Namaste.

Bikram YogaSol is a beautiful new studio (one full wall of windows) with excellent teachers and a full schedule: 90-minute traditional Bikram hot yoga, 75-minute Bikram music, plus some additional classes. The heat and humidity are well-regulated, and there are lockers and showers in the dressing rooms. The students and the teachers make the studio!

Love the vibe here! I'm a Kripalu teacher but I love all yoga styles. Dan and his team always make me feel welcome and I have tried 5 different teachers and they each have something unique to offer. Dan's is my favorite class, and his music class is not to be missed. The studio is fantastic! Big brand new classroom, beautiful locker room and lobby. It's a place where you'll want to hang out long after the sweat stops.

In response to the post above regarding Lauren's 9:30 class yesterday. I have been attending classes at this studio and it's predecessor studio for almost 16 years. I have attended Lauren's class throughout the years. I have also attended classes throughout the country and abroad. I can say that as a regular practitioner, Lauren is one of the best teachers I have ever had.
While the class is rigorous, this is fundamentally part of the practice. It is meant to teach students how to breathe through intense physical exercise. It is a class that is meant for all levels, and one should take the class recognizing that every body has limits. That said, the series was designed to push your body and is a form of interval training.
I attended Lauren's class yesterday and she was NOT rude or condescending. Lauren is a coach, like any other Bikram yoga teacher who will push you BUT it is by no means rude or condescending. Teachers are meant to correct you in postures, coach you, and suggest corrections to to help with alignment and give students the opportunity to push their body to their max potential for that day.
I have been in competitive sports my entire life and wish I had a coach as gentle and motivating as Lauren. I guarantee that you will be hard pressed to find a teacher and coach as motivational as Lauren.

Yogasol is my second home. I love all the people there and the instructors! They are all compassionate and unique in very special ways. Lauren, who teaches Monday and Tuesday at the studio is not just an amazing teacher, she is a special person and friend. She ends each class saying, "Pray for Peace, Namaste". That is the warmth and kindness that makes YogaSol such a caring and friendly environment. Ellie Litton

Yogasol has become something of a sanctuary for me. A place full of positive, welcoming energy and a great community to be a part of. The instructors are so diverse so there is "someone for everyone", my favorite instructors being both Lauren and Julia. You want an energy fix.you will get it in spades from those two! Having said that each and every instructor here "delivers" and I wouldn't hesitate to take any class at all levels. The studio is extremely clean and open. Its a yoga haven!

This is a beautiful studio. it's clean and the staff is so vibrant, friendly, and encouraging! I appreciate the corrections during class, I love the MUSIC classes, and one of my favorite things is walking into the calm peacefulness of the studio. An A+ to the teachers who are so welcoming and greet each student with a smile. I recommend YogaSol Bikram Yoga to EVERYONE! Come and try a class! There are showers and locker rooms so it's perfect before or after work :D

The facility is clean, spacious and has good locker rooms with showers. The class was rigorous and rewarding. However, my experience there was relatively negative due to the instructor. During the class, I felt patronized for not being able to fully do the poses as a beginner. Her tone was harsh and condescending in front of my peers and made it difficult to concentrate on my practice. Maybe with a different instructor my experience would be better.

I've never taken Bikram/hot yoga before, so I don't have much to add when it comes to comparing the poses, etc. What I can say is everyone is very friendly.and I guess one thing that doesn't seem to be a problem that you hear everywhere else is that unlike other places, it doesn't reek of sweat and stank. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the studio that there wasn't much smell at all.
The mats and towels that you can rent are in good condition and clean, the studio is clean and there's lots of room. The esthetic is relatively basic, but hey. I'm going there to suffer. I don't need a heavenly spa like experience. The instructor. Ellie (I think) was quite helpful and made sure I knew what to do.especially when I couldn't do a pose because of injuries. I wouldn't call her a traditional, zen-like yogi, but she gets the job done. They have a couple of good specials for newcomers. I recommend that you take advantage.
