They found a probably and explained everything and therapy to make it better is Great. HE HAS BEEN BEtter has been in a process. I RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE WHO LOOKS THEM UP THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE. I don't really know what they were doing to help me. Their staff really made me feel welcome in the beginning but towards the end they made me feel like a cash cow.

Front desk and support Staff like xray tech were lovely but the examination doctor was very uncomfortable, rather rude and not only didn't listen very well; having to repeat things he was horribly unfamiliar with my many conditions or causes of paralysis! This doctor likely isn't doing the day to day adjustments, so your experience may vary wildly from my own.

Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Read are amazing. They are very thorough. Helped me through my accident. They answered any and all questions I had.and I always have a ton.

Staff is very pleasant and answered any questions or concerns.

First time visiting Dr Reed office. Nice and friendly staff. Unfortunately not thourough. Dr Reed may have been in the room for at most 5 minutes. I couldnt justify a return visit.

Hands down, THE BEST group of healthcare personnel right down to the back office staff. They are so accommodating and caring. 2 years later/ 1000 miles away and I still rave about them. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else but here. They didn't treat me like just another number, they treated me like family.

The doctor and staff do a great job at treating musculoskeletal injuries! They are kind and friendly, and actually work with you to get you better. If you are in the Ortega, Lakewood, or Palatka areas this is your chiropractic office.

Worst chiropractor experience of my life. Works with Law office of John M Phillips REGULARLY. Totally a lumbar mill, even attempted to prescribe me meds several times despite my verbal admission to not needing or wanting pain management medication. VERY uncomfortable experience during my visits. Dr. Reed is always upstairs and when it was time to see him, he'd run downstairs and come flying in the room, eyes wide and blood shot.

Maybe he's just drinking a very very large amount of coffee up there, every day I was there. Best part was that he LIED about the scan of my lower spine. I was told it was problem free and he wanted to send me back to the imagining center to have my neck scanned. Turns out, I had several sever herniations in my lower back, as well as a stenosis of the spinal canals.

That's when bone continues to build around the canal the spinal cord runs through as well as the openings that allow the nerves to branch out and into the body's extremities. This disinformation could have resulted in further injury. He is unethical, and works with unethical businesses in turn. John M Phillips firm being just the one I had experienced.

I would not at all recommend this Chiropractic office, their office manager Pam is rude and you can hear her snoring when you walk through the office. The front desk person is rude and all they care about is draining everyone's PIP then they stop seeing you once that happens. Give me a break, these people suck and Dr. Read always smells like day old liquor! THERE'S MUCH MUCH BETTER OUT THERE FOR SURE.Some people should not have DR. in front of their names.

I love this place. Doctor Read is very efficient and professional. He takes care of my jacked-up neck! Clarissa, Jen, And Pam are awesome! I always enjoy talking with them and making them laugh! They have granola treats and fresh water always available! Mary Hens must have a personal vendetta or is just a moron. This place is good to go. They are NOT only interested in money, or I wouldn't be going there.

Their monthly plan is too cheap! They could charge way more than that, and I would still pay! Thanks for all you are doing. Don't let the old biddies like (Mary Hens) try to dissuade you in any way!

I've always had GREAT TREATMENT when I go see Dr Read, he and the staff have always made it the most pleasant experience every time I've come. I had the pleasure of seeing the Office manager and she was willing to work with me. I know they care about their patients. I would definitely highly recommend them. I've been going to them for over 10 years.
