Inner vision yoga is the best studio I have found in the valley. I began going there about a year ago. They are kind, educated, and professional. I did the YTT with IV and it completely changed my life. Jeff, Aaron, Michele, Maredith, Karen, Donna. the list goes on. everyone is so great. The yoga classes they offer are some of the most powerful classes I have ever taken! I highly recommend anyone trying out inner vision. Love you all

I purchase a Groupon for myself and my daughter to go try this location out for a month. I had called the day before as my groupon was not working and talked to the nicest lady on the phone, she helped me choose the best class for my fitness level as well as told me when I came in they would show me around and get us all set up! I was so excited and impressed. ( I think they may have a general operator for all 3 locations, not sure ).
This is when it flipped. We arrived and the lady at the desk was not pleased she was at work for the day. Complaining about it to other members that clearly knew her. She then just proceeded to point around telling me where things were and basically made us feel like we were a waste of her time! It was very upsetting as this is supposed to be a place where we are in a good mood, but she was clearly irritated.
We took the yoga class but it was not a friendly atmosphere, I left more tense than when I arrived. Waste of money for sure! I have not been back as well as struggled with writing this review as we ALL have bad days, but that was just unacceptable

I was in Phoenix for a few days on business. I called twice at about 4:00 in the afternoon to see if classes were heated or not. There was no answer. I assumed since there was a 4:30 class that they were just busy, so I drove down to check it out. It was not busy. I inquired about the $7 for 7 days special on Yelp. The person at the front desk could not find, so she told me to look into it.
I said I would be back for the 6:15 class. At 4:29 pm, I received an email from them, as I filled out a waiver with my contact info. When I returned at 5:45, I was informed that they will not honor the Yelp special and that she tried to call me. I did not receive a phone call. Obviously, they had my email address as well, but there was no attempt to contact me that way either. There was no time to find another studio, so I am waiting for class to start. Not a great way to run a yoga studio. Very disappointed.

So far so good! I purchased a Groupon voucher for my boyfriend and I. Two vouchers for 30 days of unlimited yoga for $54 bucks. What a great deal! There's 3 different locations in the valley for one price. How convenient is that. So far I've visited the Chandler and Tempe locations. The instructors I've had the pleasure of practicing under are Josh, Grant, Amanda and Patricia.
I love them all. If you take a 4:00 or 4:30 pm class beware of the parking lot. It's super busy and crowded because Inner Vision Yoga is location within a shopping center with plenty of cool, popular stores (i.e. Trader Joes). So with that being said you MUST allot time for finding a parking space before class.

I was visiting my parents from out of town and tried the 3 class pass for $40. I took 3 level 1-2 classes in one week. A reasonable rate for someone coming from SF. The mat rentals were an extra $3 but worth it because they provided enough grip. The front desk person on my first time was friendly and made sure I was comfortably introduced to the space.
The studio is clean, includes two rooms for practice and has mirrors so you can check your alignment visually. The music really varies depending on instructor but sometimes was too cheesy and distracted me. Of the three instructors I took, I enjoyed Maredith's class the most. She was exacting on form, energetic, and pushed you enough, while emphasizing mind body connection without being too heads in the clouds.
Her sequence flowed well and included a lot of balancing postures. She was also great at suggesting variations to take it deeper (seated hip opener cradling the knee to compass to astavakrasana). Patricia is very upbeat, positive, and peppy. Her sequencing was fairly traditional vinyasa leading with some sun salutations then some standing postures. Jeff's instruction style was the most spiritually inspired with lots of allegories, which isn't personally what I'm into.
Sequence was fluid and interesting - I like not know where it'd go next. He did provide hands on adjustments and explained how to get into proper form or fuller expression which most yoga teachers don't do enough of. Overall, it's a perfectly adequate yoga studio, probably a gem in Arizona. Instructors are professional and know their stuff, but classes weren't as engaging as studios I frequent in SF. If you like spiritual, feel-good yoga, this may be a better fit for you. I'd come again when I'm visiting.

My first time joining a yoga studio (I only signed up for a month, which was discounted because it was my first time at Inner Vision). I had a positive experience with Inner Vision: everyone was extremely friendly and helpful since it was my first time doing yoga. I will say I'm not sure what exactly to look for in a studio, but it was clean and the instructors were oozing positive energy :-). The only reason I didn't renew my membership is because of the cost!

After I leave IVY I feel like I've gone through a month of therapy, had a whole body massage, and taken a shower from the inside out. This place is truly the real deal - what I mean is that I've been doing yoga since I was 15 years old and have practiced in lots of different places (different states) with different teachers and different ways of teaching.
What I like is that Inner Vision really allows you to "train your mind by training your body." They stay away from a lot of "hype" and they have really REALLY good teachers at both locations. I've been going to IVY since 2011 and have tried other places around the valley. Other yoga studios aren't bad, by any means, but I feel like IVY focuses more on holistic healing and less on the physicality of yoga (not that you are not going to advance physically.
In fact I've never been stronger than when I attended yoga class 2-3x week). But they don't just treat it like its "just exercise or stretching." Also, everyone is super nice. I've never felt ignored or treated poorly. A lot of the teachers will get to know you by name (and the areas you may need more help). If you have questions, best thing to do is go a few minutes early (before a class you want to try) or to call. Everyone is very helpful.

I have been coming to Inner Vision Yoga for the past two months and love it. I love that there is a variety of yoga classes and especially ones after 6PM so that I can go after work. It is expensive but it is definitely worth it. The benefits are endless. The only problem I have is the parking lot is always full and busy since it is shared with other businesses so you have to get there early to find a parking spot.

I started my yoga practice here at Inner Vision (Tempe), the people there are wonderful and helpful. The owners and instructors are very nice and always willing to help. I took a range of classes from Gentle Yin Yang Flow to Level 1-2 Energize four times a week. My favorite instructors are Michele, Patricia, and Aaron. I no longer practice there because the price was a little too high for me, but will always be thankful for their patience in getting me started on this adventure. Namaste.

The best yoga place around. Been going for a few years now and I wouldn't switch. The teachers are inspiring and make sure you get the poses right in order to make sure you don't hurt yourself. There are classes for when I am in the mood for power and when I am in the mood to meditate more. LOVE them.

I went into inner vision and the man at the desk was soooo rude I was shocked. He was kind if an older fellow with salt and pepper hair, I think he is one of the owners but wouldn't swear to it. Anyway, I've always thought of the place as this calm zen kinda place but this guy sent such a negative "get the hell out of here" vibe I'll never be back. There are so many yoga places springing up customer service with a smile is very important. I personally will take my practice to Sumits.

I've been practicing yoga for several years now, have tried many studios, and this place, BY FAR, has been my favorite. Hands down. I'm getting sad writing this review because I've recently moved out-of-state and miss it so much. There is SUCH a variety of classes and teachers. So many different styles and levels of yoga, plus tons of workshops and teacher training opportunities.
My personal favorite teachers are Marie, Josh, and Maredith. they are incredible and inspirational, and always made me feel better both spiritually and physically. At one point I was driving past 4 closer yoga studios just to take one of their classes. because they're that good! Convenient class times, fair pricing, informative website, lovely staff, and good locations. Appropriate and helpful adjustments, plus the occasional massage pre-savasana. Learned something new or bettered myself every class. Thanks Inner Vision, I'll miss ya!

My only experience with a Yoga studio. Prior to this, I've been going to Kundalini sessions at a Sikh temple. And classes online for in-home practice. THE PLACE. The studio is located at a fairly good sized strip mall. Parking can get pretty packed as this mall is jam packed with establishments from food to nail salons to obviously, a yoga studio.
The actual studio is very neat. The Yogini changing room is quite small, with only 1 restroom. The actual studios are of ample size. Well ventilated. Noise level, yes you can hear the outside, but for most part attendees are mindful of when there is a session going on. Overall, the place is well maintained. THE SERVICE. The instructors are wonderful and truly live the philosophy.
My fave is Patricia so far. Overall, the place is well maintained, the staff knowledgeable if you need any guidance. My only tip, parking can get crazy so give yourself a bit of allowance to find a spot. Also, I would recommend coming already dressed for a class, due to the small size of the changing rooms.

I like both locations. Tempe is super convenient, and the Chandler studio offers lake views from the large (windowed) classroom. I prefer level 1-2, level 2, and flow classes, averaging about 3 classes a week, to get my money's worth of the monthly auto-pay for $119. Having practiced at Inner Vision for about two years, my physical and mental wellbeing has drastically improved!
I now can do many difficult postures, including inversions and tricky arm balances. I would go more often if they offered intermediate-level classes more frequently in the evenings and weekends with my preferred instructors (some level 1-2 instructors are too easy, and I dislike one popular instructor). I definitely have a short list of favorites, but everyone is at a different level, and they do their best to cater to all. Overall, I highly recommend.

I've been going to the Yin and Relax classes for stretching and stress reduction for two years. I have tried other studios and never felt as great as I do at IVY. I own three businesses and after a hard, taxing day I love to come release my tension here where the instructors are highly in tuned to your personal needs. My daughter loves to come to the kids classes and with me sometimes. Kids have stress too and yoga helps

At Inner Vision Yoga you'll find a wide range of classes including hot yoga, prenatal yoga, kids yoga, kundalini, and flow; warm, enthusiastic instructors; clean, accommodating environment. If you pay by the class, you can certainly find a studio that is more affordable, but their packages and discounts for new students seem to keep them fairly competitive.
My favorite thing about Inner Vision is certainly their variety, though. From entry-level to extremely challenging, and all those styles I mentioned above plus more. *My review is for the Tempe location. Inner Vision has a Chandler location, as well, but I've not been there.

I took my first class at Inner Vision the other day. It was Level 1 with Marina. She happened to be at the front desk when I checked in, so she showed me where everything was (where to put my shoes, bathrooms). I get nervous going somewhere for the first time, and that was helpful. We were in the room that faces the lake. I enjoyed Marina and will be going back. I would like to try some more classes. I wish there was something like this in Peoria!

This was my first time yoga experience and I liked this studio a lot. It was recently reopened after a renovation and currently they're running a special "All the classes you want in April for $80!", which is a very nice deal if you want to check out different classes and see different teachers in order to find your favorite one. I'm not one of the people who will ever say that yoga altered my life and changed it drastically.
I enjoy doing yoga, but I also think that leaving your shoes outside of the room and walking barefoot is not very hygienic, especially when I see that some people have dirty feet. Yes, I can be a little bit annoying; but hey, show me a perfect person! As I mentioned above, I visited 3 different classes with 3 different teachers. 1st one was Level 1 with Betsy Andrade; she's a very nice woman with such a beautiful voice, but for me the pace was too slow.
Next class was Level 1-2 with Aaron Goldberg, who is a co-owner of Inner Vision Yoga studio. I wasn't ready for that class yet but I will consider it for the future if I continue doing yoga. The last one was Level 1 with Patricia, which I liked the most. The pace was just right and she's such an energetic lovely girl! So far, she is my favorite!
I liked that they have different yoga classes running from early morning to late evening, so they can accommodate anybody's schedule. Also, they have approximately 20 different teachers = you have a great chance to find the one you will like.
