Today was a painful day! Double shots and not the kind that make you feel good! Hello Plantar Fasciitis in both feet. good bye pain. Welcome double steroid shots. Dr. Tseng is still as sweet as the 1st time I went to his practice back in 2013. His office is much newer and better; which is well deserved by the treatment he gives. I had no appointment today - and although I waited - it was worth it!

Any questions about your feet - he's the best! Staff is sweet too! Pain is real though - I'm not going to sugar coat it. Video alert - Yelp didn't let me post it :

Dr. Henry was so amazing and nice throughout the entire process. He was very reassuring because I was so nervous prior to going, I went to my family podiatrist before and he was not as efficient as Dr. Henry. You saved my toes thank you!

Made an appointment online from the office website for my 1st visit with Dr. Tseng and received email confirmation. When I arrived at the office, the staff told me that I was not on their schedule! I showed them the appointment confirmation from my email, and they replied that they did not honor the online appointment system! What a joke! They said they were fully booked and could not accommodate my new patient visit.

Most offices would try their best to assist the patient, especially if it is the office's fault. If the office does not honor or coordinate appointments made online, please remove that feature from your website instead of wasting your potential patient's time.

Dr is good, but the waiting time is too too long! I understand very well that doctor is always busy, but should not scheduled so many customer in the same time if you could not finished the previous customer in time. So every time, I mean every time we have to wait at least, at least 1.5-2 hours in the waiting room, then still have to wait at least 30min - 40 min or even more in the dr's room! and front desk.

The front desk person is very rude no personality. She told just sit down they will call you when their ready. I'm not sure if I'm in the right place or not because their's another Dr. Name on the Door. Can't ask any questions.

Best foot doctor! I brought my daughter Juju to see Dr. Tseng for ingrown toe nail. Her toe was swollen and infected with puss coming out. Dr. Tseng was very patient and thorough in treating my daughter. She said it didn't hurt at all and now she's completely healed. I highly recommend Dr. Tseng for all your foot problems.

Dr. Tseng is a wonderful doctor, I have total confidence in his professional capacity, however, the office management has big room for improvement; I need to wait for 1.5 hours before I get to see Dr. Tseng even when I had a scheduled appointment, that's not acceptable, another thing was the Front Desk, bad attitude lead to reluctancy to that office. It's a shame.

Writing on behalf of my daughter- I have seen Dr. Tseng twice for my ingrown toenail and he has always taken his time to explain my options for even such a simple procedure. He numbed me up and took that sucker out and showed me, and it was HUGE! He then prescribed iodine and Epsom salt and asked for follow-up pictures. My toes healed nicely and I really appreciate Dr. Tseng!

Dr Tseng did my sixth foot surgery today. He did a wonderful job. He prayed with me before my surgery. I recommend him very highly. I don't let anyone else touch or do my foot care. He's worth the wait. God bless you Dr tseng! Keep on healing. You sure have been the answer to my prayers. And to my family's prayers.

Last month I had a bad ingrown toenail (bad!) I could not walk around without limping and couldn't get much done, much less enjoy life due to the overwhelming throbbing pain that came with it. I took matters into my own hands and tried cutting the nail myself on multiple occasions (which I thought I had done, but apparently didn't). My big toe had become so swollen that I could not see the side of my nail at all, so I realized it was time to get help.

I don't have the best insurance so when I tried seeing a foot doctor, I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment despite the urgent matter. So I called around for podiatrists in the area and was willing to pay cash. I came across many facilities which would take care of me in the next 5 days for $400. I was in a lot of pain and didn't want to wait that long, so I kept searching and came across Doctor Tseng's office on yelp.

When I called, I told the receptionist lady of my concerns, and she asked me if I had a lot of pain. I said most definitely, she then said "okay lets get you in today". I set up an appointment and asked about the price. She told me the pricing for the procedure (which was much, much lower than the other places I called) and she also got me in that same day!

Fast forward to my visit at Dr. Tseng's office. It was a relaxing environment with a friendly vibe. I waited maybe 30-45 minutes and that did not bother me in the slightest. I was grateful they were able to squeeze me in same day. When Dr. Tseng arrived, he was super respectful. Like above and beyond respectful and showed genuine concern for my well-being and health.

He answered all of my questions in a professional manner and made me feel welcomed. The procedure of removing the ingrown toenail isn't the most fun but he made sure I did not feel anything after injecting the lidocaine. I've had this procedure done twice before and this was by far the most comfortable I have been. The entire procedure lasted maybe 10 minutes or so and literally the next morning I was able to walk pain free. If I ever have a friend or loved with any foot issues I will definitely be sending them here. After all, he treated me like family. Thank you to you and your staff, doctor.

So great to see a wonderful doctor expand his practice. Dr. Henry Tseng is effective and his staff is nice and accommodating.

I just want to say this place is amazing! They where able to see my husband right away. It was really close to my home and he said Dr. Tseng is a great doctor very caring and really looked out for his health. Thank you again!

I was in pain for over a week with a splinter pain in my foot. Luckily I was able to be seen with Dr. Tseng during the COVID-19 Pandemic. My experience was wonderful! My pain was due to some fiberglass splinters, and Dr. Tseng was able to remove them the same appointment. Everyone from the Front Staff to Back Office was wonderful. Thank you so much for your time and patience in serving me! I recommend this practice to anyone in need of foot care.

Quite a bit of wait time, 1+ hours but the doctor is really patient and helpful, which I think makes it worth it. Book in advance a couple weeks before!

Dr. Henry Tseng is the BEST! I have been his patient since 2015 from when was over at his office in Hacienda Hts. He since relocated to this new office. Beautiful upgrade. But the service is one of a kind. No matter how long of a wait it is. Time goes by quickly at times. You're always greeted with a smile and always given that one on undivided attention.

With thee upmost best care. I was fortunate to have had Dr. Henry Tseng do my foot surgery back in 2016. I was blessed to have one of the best surgeons in this area. My surgery was a success. Unfortunately due to another matter I now face another foot issue. But with no worries that I will let stress me out. Because I know I'm in the hands of one of the best Podiatric Specialist.

And although part of his nursing staff is still fairly new. They all do their jobs very well. So if asked would I recommend this Specialists Office to others? Yes, HIGHLY! For the upgraded and cozy new office, the friendly, professional, and caring staff and for the best Foot Specialist in Podiatric Medicine.

Took both of my elderly parents to see Dr. Henry Tseng. My mom had 3 wounds that were not healing at her ankles, my dad has bad feet, and both had fungus on their feet. They each had their own appointment, where he took time to evaluate, and spoke to each. He gave us his recommendations, and started treatment right away for both. He is very patient, soft spoken, and listens to the patient's concerns, and then makes his recommendations. The office is clean and neat. The front office and staff is attentive to our needs.

Awesome location. Extremely convenient. The doc is thorough with his examination and he took the time to explain the treatment. Anyone complaining about the wait time needs to relax a bit. This is a surgeon. People come to this doc because they likely have a lot of issues. From seeing some of the various pics that people have posted on Yelp, it's obvious that this doc is skilled enough that people would trust him with their feet. You're not going to mind waiting because by the time you do see the doc, you're going to appreciate that he takes the time to sit in front of you. Then you'll understand why you're waiting. Pick up a magazine or play with your phone for a few minutes, I'm sure the doc will see you shortly.

Dr. Tseng is one of the most patient, sympathetic doctors I've met. He took his time examining my feet and listening to my situation. I was having extreme foot pain for about a week before I decided to look for dr and call to schedule an appointment. Angel, the receptionist gave me a same day appt which was awesome! Very kind people. Recieved treatment and my foot has improved symptoms already. Very happy patient. Definitely recommend. Found my future foot dr.

The doctor is amazing yes I agree however the receptionist is really rude has no customer service skills at all. I had an appointment at 3:30pm and didn't get seen till past 5:30pm it's absolutely absurd to make an appointment if they are just going to see you whenever they want. I think what ticked me off more was that she let in 3 other patients that their appointment time was after mine and got there way after me I guess ethnicity really does matter to the receptionist smh

Dr. Tseng helped me remove my ingrown toenail. He was super kind and explained to me the whole process very informatively. He's so funny and personable!

Dr Tseng is fantastic. One of the most considerate and caring doctors I have been to. My daughter was in town for a golf tournament and she had an infected ingrown toenail. He did the best he could without Surgery for her to continue to play but unfortunately it wasn't enough. She had to withdrawal on Saturday and we returned to Vegas later that day.

I spoke to him on the ride back and he recommended a few reputable doctors in vegas. Great guy. This review was started a few years ago but for some reason was never completed.

Dr. Tseng really knows his stuff. I have been having pain at the top of my foot, hurting with every step and he helped educate me on my issue and helped get me back to playing volleyball. Dr. Tseng took his time, listening to me before figuring out what the problem was. He helped create me some orthotics that corrected my alignment and stabilized my foot so that i can return to playing.

So I ended up getting really hurt from a yelp elite event. I won't say which one because it was totally my fault but I was in totally in denial of how hurt i really was. I went to a regular doctor because of that HMO life. The regular doctor sent me to have some xrays done to make sure that nothing was broken but HIGHLY suggest that I see a specialist. Heard good things about Dr. Tseng and patiently waited for the notice of approval to see him.

As soon as it arrived, I tried to book him immediately to see him. I came in a little early in the morning to fill out paper work because I am a new patient. While waiting to see him, the assistants took me in to ask about my information and she was really nice and took me over to the room that Dr. Tseng was going to see me in. When I finally met Dr. Tseng he was really nice and explained that I gave myself a double sprain.

He gave me a couple of options that would best heal my foot and what would work best for my lifestyle. Before being wrapped up, I had to do acupuncture and some laser treatment. The same assistant was really great in helping me from one place to the other and making sure I was comfortable. She gave me some boot choices so that I could be happy wearing it for the next 3-4 weeks.

After the acupuncture and the laser treatment, I went back to Dr. Tseng's office to have him wrap up my foot and gave me suggestions and tips as to how to take it easy and to rest. I really appreciate everyone at the office helping me not freaking out when I would cry. I know I'm a 28 year old adult but the pain from 1-10 was 10x10. I really hope I don't have to come back for other foot injuries but if I do, I will be coming back to Dr. Tseng.

Dr. Henry R. Tseng is an excellent & caring foot doctor. He takes time to explain whatever medical intervention & plans of care regarding your foot problems. He's kind of conservative with his approach which is the best! Not like some, they are fast in doing procedures wherein they get more money. I am very satisfied & blessed patient to have found him as my foot doctor.

Please go have your foot problems checked & examined by Dr. Tseng. I found the front desk Asian lady to be fast and NOT rude at all. Yeah, she has an accent but she can communicate fairly well. I noticed she's an all around help back and front office.

I didn't even make it out to see Dr. Tseng. The barrier and deterrent was the Asian receptionist. Typical rude Asian lady that doesn't speak English too well. Called to make an appointment, told her I was in pain due to dropping a table on my foot the other day and the earlier the better. She tells me she has an opening today and asks if I have insurance.

I said "Yes" to which she replied, the doctor can only see me tomorrow. What the heck? After confronting her about her practice, she said "OK you can come in at 12:30pm" but tells me to come early so she can check my insurance and hangs up on me. It's not fun dealing with this type of person when you're in pain. Look elsewhere and Dr. Tseng, if you're reading this do yourself a favor and hire a more professional staff. The other two negative reviews are due to your staff.
