Dr. Spell is truly amazing! He is so informative and professional on every level. I was experiencing severe neck, back & leg pain & he had me pain-free with only three visits! I would highly recommend him. Peggy, & Debbie are also wonderful staff members and make you feel so comfortable! My Sister told me about this Practice and I am so thankful she did!

Anytime I visit Central Chiropractic, I always leave feeling so much better than when I first arrived. Upon your visit expect to be welcomed like you are one of the Central Chiropractic family. They are kind, professional and make every effort to help patient's with their needs. Dr. Spell is a top notch Chiropractor and I highly recommend him and his practice.

I had been having pain & discomfort for months in my neck and shoulder. After a few short visits, there was significant improvment. Dr. Paul Spell is professional & helpful and throughly explains his findings and tells you how to improve chriopractic help thru stretching & exercise. Staff is friendly, helpful & experienced. I highly recommend.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Central Chiropractic! Dr. Spell is extremely easy to talk to and explains things simply (so even I can understand). I have been to other chiropractors where I felt as if they were just having me come in so I could give them more money. I NEVER felt that way at Central Chiropractic. As soon as he felt I was ready (about a month, I think), he switched me from weekly to monthly appointments, for maintenance. Now I feel great and know I am in good hands! Keep up the great work, Dr. Spell!

Simply said. I went into the office unable to walk or carry my own body weight - in fact they had to carry me in. I walked out after the adjustment. I kept going back til my back was completely better and now I go in for as needed adjustments. I highly recommend Dr. Spell and his entire staff. I am GRATEFUL they are there!

What a difference just one visit can make! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Paul Spell. We drove from Chapel Hill just to meet with Dr. Spell because of all the good things I had heard about his skills as a chiropractor and his integrity as a clinician. My teen daughter was experiencing lower back pain and with just one visit to Dr. Spell he was able to help her pain instantly and even better he was able to give her tips and exercises that she could do on her own to help relieve any further issues. I go and see Dr. Spell and his staff often when I have even the slightest discomfort in my back (and other joints for that matter!). I spend a lot of my work day on my feet and he explains very clearly what is happening in my back and what is causing my issues. He always fixes me right up. I would recommend him (and have) to friends and family and anyone that is looking for a solid chiropractor. No gimmicks here.just solutions.
