I have been going to Dr. Eiban for the past four years and I would recommend him to everyone! When I finally scheduled to see him I was in so much pain, just laying down hurt. Dr. Eiban did a detailed intake and x-rays to see what was happening PRIOR to any adjustments. He identified I had to bulging discs in my spine and hip degeneration. He devised a course of treatment, gave me exercises and instructions, and began working on me.
When I fell down some stairs and dislocated my kneecap, and he got me back on track. He literally got me walking again and I am now pain free most of the time. I do maintenance sessions now, and send everyone to Dr. Eiban. He is professional, personable, and knows what he is doing!

I was given wrong and false information by the receptionist regarding my insurance they tried to hustle me out of money first they said I had to pay them out of pocket for the acupuncture with my insurance told them that acupuncture was covered they then said that they didn't accept my insurance however the receptionist was given my insurance information when I called to make the appointment being that she could not hustle me out of money she then made it an insurance issue.
I would have had no problem paying out of pocket but I will not pay out of pocket to a company that is trying to hustle me if my insurance was not accepted she could have told me over the phone instead of booking the appointment having me come over 45 minutes to the appointment then when I gave her my insurance card she still didn't say anything wasted my time by having me see the doctor then made it her business to come into the room and say I have to talk to you today's visit will be a hundred and some dollars your insurance doesn't cover x-rays or exams which is a bold-faced lie seeing how I just had a x-ray and exam from a different company.
I honestly feel that I was being discriminated against because of my address of where I came from as well as the type of supplemental insurance that I have along with my reason that I feel that way is because if my insurance was honestly not accepted she could have told me over the phone not only she lied and said that she told me it wasn't accepted over the phone and that I did not tell her the insurance that I had however all of my phone calls are always recorded I gave her the name of the insurance the first time she said your insurance will not cover acupuncture when I called my insurance and they said that they did and I called her back and gave her the full name again she book it.
And put me threw hoops. I would not recommend anyone to this company that does not have to pay out of pocket because they will try to hustle you to pay out of pocket insurance or not and when you refuse to pay out of pocket because you are aware of your plan they will make it about your insurance my insurance actually said that they would have paid them with a pre authorization.
However I'm choosing at this point not to deal with them because I will not associate myself with a business that tries to hustle people especially people that they believe are low income.

The receptionist is raciest, once she saw i was black she claim my insurance wasn't taken, however my business partner and i have the same insurance to the tea and she took her as well as treated her with respect, my business partner is white mind you, little did she no i to am a business owner, therefore you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, this was the heavy set receptionist with the short cut

I would like to give Dr. EIban 5 stars for the treatments that he has provided me. I suffer from having back issues and a collapsed arch among other issues that I obtained while in the service. Dr Eiban focused on the root problems that I had to treat the pains I was experiencing. I will admit that for the first two weeks, I got to the point where I did not want to go because the next day was not exactly comfortable for me. However, after those two weeks I started to feel great.
Where I could not lay down for an extended period of time before, changed to where I could sleep a full night without any pain. He is straightforward and willing to help. I used to be afraid to say anything to a Doc as every question was getting charged. With Dr. Eiban, you can ask away and be comforted in knowing that he is there to help you, not just to charge you. I would recommend him to both family and friends.

Dr. Eiban has treated both me and my husband for over 10 years, we are very happy with his services. I have mainly had acupuncture for 10 years, as well as ultra sound. Dr. Eiban is very supportive when you talk to him, and he determines what treatment would be most helpful. My husband and I have the utmost confidence in his ability to help us. The staff is always friendly and caring. Dawn has been his office manager and front desk person for many years, and has been there longer than I have. She and the rest of the staff make you feel right at home. We highly recommend this practice.
