Listen-i've been a trauma and critical care nurse for about 10 years now. I love science, but there's a lot I feel that western medicine leaves out in regards to healing. Dr. Gumman treated my Bell's Palsy when I was pregnant (I went a week after my onset, and had about a 95% recovery after the first accupuncture treatment). Over the years I have had a hard time with chronic migraines and when I failed the neurology recommended medications, I decided to see Dr. Gumman for this too. Today, I saw him after a 5 day migraine from hell and walked out with about a 1/10 headache vs the 9/10 with nausea that I walked in with.
