Coolsculpting is the number #1 non-surgical fat reduction treatment used by doctors everywhere. CoolSculpting is a non-invasive body contouring procedure, that is FDA-cleared in the U.S. to treat 9 different areas of the body: visible bulges under the chin and jawline areas, thighs, abdomen and flanks, along with bra fat, back fat, underneath the buttocks, and upper arms.
Our simple and safe non-surgical treatments deliver a natural look with little to no downtime. The continuous contractions of facial muscles develop wrinkles and lines on your forehead, and around the eyes, mouth, neck and chin. As you grow older your skin loses its elasticity, making these wrinkles and lines deeper and more pronounced, resulting in such instances as smile lines, crow's feet and more.

I got my hair done by Chelsea and I loved it! She did an amazing job. I am definitely making another appointment to go see her. I also have had micro blading done by Natasha, it has lasted me so well. Lastly I had laser hair removal w Hollyn, it was painless she was so comforting as well. I would definitely recommend La Beaute to anyone who is looking for high class services. They are also very professional, listen to their clients and more.

I went to have my hair done here today for a cut and color and Chelsea was AMAZING! I am incredibly happy with the results. I recommend everyone get their hair done here. Unfortunately I travel all over the US so I'm not in Indianapolis often, but if I come back, this is a place I will certainly go back to.

I booked a 90 minute therapeutic massage with Linda. It was wonderful! It'd been a long time since I'd had a massage. She applied the perfect amount of pressure to relieve tension in places I didn't even realize I'd been carrying around! I also had a hyrafacial with Hollyn. It was my first time ever getting a facial. She was super nice, informative, and helped me feel at ease. My face feels amazing and so refreshed!

I finally got a haircut after over a year of not having my hair done since COVID. I had a gift certificate so I decided to try them out. I'm super happy with the results from Chelsea. Everyone was friendly. Probably one of the best haircuts I've ever had! It especially feels nice to have my tired hair freshened up! I will be back.

I find La Beaute Spa to be one of the best Spa's in Indianapolis. The scheduling is easy, the staff is well established (not someone new every visit) and skilled in their various treatments. I recently have had a pedicure and a massage and both were exactly what I expected - well done and enjoyable.

Went today for a prenatal massage and had some issues, most of which are no big deal on their own, but how management handled it has resulted in me writing this review. 1) The massage therapist was late to work, thus 20 minutes late to start my appointment. I unfortunately had other time-sensitive things to do today so this ended up adding stress to what should have been a relaxing experience. However, I also understand life happens, so I can certainly overlook this and move on. 2) In terms of the therapists' skills, the massage was of good quality.
I would go back to her for another massage. However, I'm not sure what La Beaute considers "prenatal" about it. I had to lay flat on my back for the first half of the massage, which is not recommended during pregnancy after the first trimester. Per the massage therapist, they do not have a wedge or anything else at the facility to avoid this? The therapist also made a comment after my appointment that once I am later in my pregnancy I should come back and they would use the table with a cutout for the belly.
I am 25 weeks and certainly showing at this point, so I'm not sure why this is reserved for only later in pregnancy? Could have completely avoided laying on my back for so long if this had been used. 3) After my appointment, as I was paying (and charged the full amount) I asked out of curiosity what would have happened if the tables had been turned and I had been 20 minutes late, as I am sure it would have resulted in shorter or cancelled appt, etc (and rightfully so).
The receptionist (who, as an aside, was very kind from check in to check out and in between) pulled the manager over to address this. The manager (owner?) was very flippant, and frankly disrespectful in her responses. She never apologized for the situation and she suggested that since I still received the full service (which actually was 5 minutes short if we're going to be nitpicky) I should pay for the full service.
I told her I didn't expect to pay less, but I did think it was something that needed to be addressed because it felt disrespectful to my time and contrary to how things would have been handled if the tables had been turned. The manager stated that she had a big event starting tonight for the next three days and that she just couldn't think to address the situation now, so could she call or email me later today?
This is what really bothered me, as she wasn't even trying to hide the fact that she could care less and that I was low on her priority list. 4) What's worse, I never received a follow-up call or email as promised. Extremely poor customer service. I would have accepted a simple apology and gone on with my day. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and frustrated and do not plan to return.

Very impressed. Yes, I'm a veteran of oh, 200 massages so I guess I can offer valid feedback. This was a first time, blind visit and 1) My therapist D'etta was fantastic in my 90 min. therapeutic massage. She actually worked on me almost 2 hrs. Took the time for what I felt was an educated and experienced approach with immediate improvements felt on the way home. 2) The interior of La Beaute is quite attractive, relaxing and matches the ambience of some of the best facilities I've visited, or is better. Please take at least 90 min. you'll be glad you did.
