Our regular vet is closed on Sunday and is closed today for Memorial Day. I didn't want our Dottie to have to wait until tomorrow to be seen at our regular vet for the undiagnosed pain that she was experiencing. I called right after 8am and spoke to Whitney. They were able to work us in before they started taking their regular appointments at 9am.

We got there at 8:50am and were taken right back to a treatment room. Amanda was our vet tech and Dr Holden was our vet. I can't say enough good things about this practice and the people who work here! I have seen glowing reports about Haw Creek Animal Hospital on social media for years. Now we understand why they are so highly recommended! As a first time client, I thought that their prices were very reasonable. They are open 7 days a week until 11pm! They are here for us when we need them the most. I'm 99% sure that we have found our new veterinary practice.

Great service and employees! Brought my new puppy here for his first checkup. Looking forward to him getting great care for many years.

Dr. Sinclair is the best. I have been taking my fur babies there since 2011. She always remembers them and me, which is amazing. As a "human" healthcare practitioner, I can say that she explempfies compassion!

Celia Feiler and Amanda, injected a handicapped, completely supervised 24/7, indoor senior dog, having unknown underlying immunity stress condition possibly cancer a rabies shot, which was not due and without consent. I believe(?) they are aware that rabies vaccine is toxic and causes immunity response. It can harm and be fatal if used on animal in the condition this pup was in, certainly not an action a qualified Dr. would take.(common sense).

It's been over 3 weeks since the visit, and the pup has not recovered from the shot. They have unnecessarily hurt an animal based upon their own reasoning and justification. By the coerced response, I have had with Mike Coston the manager, it's clear this reckless method of 'business' over care is a practice at Haw Creek. Mr. Coston is now withholding the record file of the service rendered on this pup.

By effective orchestration they have dismissed malpractice and personal accountability they have in harming this animal. This pup did not deserve to be harmed. Now I am left with a pup in worse condition, than before she entered the Haw Creek clinic.

My dog was attacked by another dog and injured (ended up needing a staple to close the wound) and was in extreme pain. When I went inside and told the woman at the desk she told me "it'll be faster if you go to MedVet." They need to remove the word "Emergency" from their signs and website. Apparently if you can't schedule your dog's injury ahead of time, they don't care.

Exceptional service! We took our chinchilla late one night (amazing perk that they're open until 11pm 7 days a week!). The lady at the front desk was wonderful, the vet tech and the provider were both outstanding! We are now regular clients and intend to continue our patronage - even with an hour drive!

EXOTIC PET, EMERGENCY This hospital was fantastic all around. I brought my Chinchilla to an emergency hospital all the way from Anderson, SC to Knoxville, TN in the middle of the night. My chinchilla stayed overnight at this other hospital and I was told that she was doing well and that I could bring her home. However, about halfway back, she started to go into cardiac arrest.

I called Haw Creek Animal Hospital and they told me to rush her in and they would see her. I ran her in and they brought her to the back right away. Unfortunately, she was passed saving by the time we arrived. However, the doctor was super supportive and let me have some time with her to say goodbye. They ended up euthanizing her, but they were not pushy about it at all.

The entire experience was traumatic and I lost one of my bestfriends. But, Haw Creek was the only part of the experience that made it feel a little bit less bad. Thank you guys for all that you did for me.

My dog started having multiple issues of gagging, gasping and spasming. It was 6:30 PM and, of course, her vet was closed. Haw Creek fit us in and was so reassuring to an on the edge dog mom. Thankfully, the problem was resolved fairly quickly. I am grateful for Haw Creek and their caring way for both of us.

I love Dr. Sinclair, Dr. Feiler, and Dr. Holden. They cared for my old girl Hannah (with the boots) for the last 2 years of her life. We tried everything to ease her arthritis pain and they even recommended several holistic approaches. All the vets there have always been so kind and caring and attentive. The wait times can be a little long but it's totally worth it to get the personalized care we've received for so long. I will always take my dogs to them. I highly highly highly recommend them. I can't possibly say enough good things.

Was a great place to take my dog. The staff from the receptionist, to the vet tech, to the doctor that actually took care of my dog, they were all awesome and acted like it was their own dog. What a great place. Dr. Heather Sinclair was awesome in how she treated my animal. Very practical in her application, and allowed me to have input. This time, the high reviews that I looked into before going there were correct! I have to thank my neighborhood for suggesting this place. As you can see in the pics, I have a very happy camper for a dog.

I can't express how happy I was with my experience here. There are no animal hospitals near me that take care of Green Tree Pythons and the entire staff was incredibly kind, empathetic and calm. A special thank you to Angela and Dr. Sinclair, thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such great care of my little Butters and accommodating him so quickly. I highly recommend Haw Creek!

I have four cats. I rely on Hawcreek to help me care for my fur babies. They are wonderful

This was not my usual vet. My dog got sick on a Saturday and I took him in on a Sunday because they had an opening. I spent around $600 and they told me that he had a bladder infection and some inflammation of his Kidneys. They gave him antibiotics and nausea medicine and sent him home. He didn't do well over the next couple of days, so I called. them that night and asked to bring him in the next morning.

I came in the next morning and sat on the couch and cried for an hour asking to be seen like I was promised the night before. They told me they were too busy, even though they were no other patients there. I told them that my dog was very sick, yet they turned me away. I took him to North.

We were visiting from Florida and needed attention for our pup, not what you want when so far from home. Dr. Nelson was wonderful! Staff treated us well and got us into a room quickly. There was of course a wait, but it was a Sunday afternoon and we have no history with this veterinarian. Considering the circumstance, excellent experience!

Our dog had a mass bust open on her leg. We took her to hawcreek on Friday, 10/15/2021. The clinical came in the room and took our dog to one of their back offices. We could hear the doctor from outside saying "oh wow that's not good". A minute later the doctor came into our room and told us our dog had cancer and it needed to be removed ASAP. That. was really the only explanation we got, nothing that we should expect, what this meant for our dogs life, nothing.

We didn't see the doctor again after that. The clinical brought in medicine, nothing was explained about that. We saw the doctor a total of maybe 5 minutes, if that. The clinical told us the earliest the doctor could do surgery was.

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable across the board, not just the vets. Even though they are always busy, they take the time to make sure your pet is cared for and you understand all treatment. So thankful for them! We have taken a bearded dragon and tortoise to them, and both were squeezed in on emergency visits even though they are so busy. I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently had an emergency for one of our guinea pigs, Morris. Haw Creek was the only place that was willing to help us. Everyone was so wonderful to us and Morris. They did what they could & helped us do what we could. We live in Hendersonville but this will be the only place we go to for our piggies from now on. Specializing in Guinea Pigs and man I wish we knew this sooner. almost a year to the day from our pigs having their check up from a place in Hendersonville and we lost 1 of our babies.

We did not have to go in for treatment. We thought our dog had eaten acorns but were not sure. So we decided to wait it out. ( he has had these symptoms before) it was a couple hours before closing for them. I had not called them back to cancel. They called me to see how our boy was doing and if we still needed to come in. They wanted to make sure they had enough staff on hand if he needed a possible surgery.

I thought this to be very responsive and professional, as this type of service is very few and far between now days. p.s. we are not patients of theirs so I would definitely use them in the future!

We had a visiting dog who developed an eye infection. They worked us in on a Sunday afternoon. The staff is amazing. They are helpful, friendly, great at keeping you informed of your wait and all around incredible. The vet was great as well. Very professional and caring and great with the dog. A really great experience for the dog and the owner.

Unfortunately, my experience with this place was so impersonal, I left feeling almost distrusting of them. I understand they are probably under staffed and stressed out. but they took more time to explain my bill than they did to explain what was wrong with my cat. Seemed like getting my money was the most important thing. :/ The girl at the front desk was sweet and tried to be sympathetic to my worries and my 2 hour wait, but overall I would not recommend using them as an emergency vet unless you absolutely have to.

The veterinarians and other staff are excellent and helpful. They provide exceptional care for our dogs and cat. Sometimes emergency care makes wait times longer; however, they save a lot of wonderful animals.

I don't normally post these sorts of things but a few years ago we were quite happy with the service here. Lately we have been displeased with the lack of information, communication and customer service we have received. They have been extremely busy which is great for them but it seems that perhaps their customer service is suffering because of. this.

We did not receive enough meds for our cat (and I will spare you all of the details of the back-and-forth with the hospital) She missed three full doses of an antibiotic because we could not receive a call back from the vet. They did not prescribe enough medication initially to fill the instructions that were provided. When I called to state.

We had to bring our dog in for a stab wound to the chest and the hospital was just amazing. they were ready for us when we got there, kept us informed through the whole ordial, and gave our baby amazing care that didn't bleed our pockets dry. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of vet care!

Very nice people, saw me on a Saturday same day and much MUCH cheaper than the emergency vet. Thank you all for helping Baker
