Planet Massage

It was a great experience. I loved the location, the atmosphere and the masseuse was amazing! Everyone seems nice and I felt very relaxed and enjoyed my time there.

My husband and I did a couples massage here for our anniversary. We both thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and felt that it was one of the best massages we've ever had. Our massage therapists Geri and Melba were both wonderful and friendly. They also were thoughtful in giving us the option to move our massage from outside to indoors when the weather ended up being very hot. I also appreciated being able to tip with a credit card. The whole process was smooth and easy and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Loved my experience with Patricia at Planet Massage! She listened carefully to my description of my problem areas and focused on restoring me to my competitive best for an upcoming tennis tournament. Great deep tissue massage!

The staff was very friendly and pleasant. However, without a receptionist or booking agent, I found the process to book my services pretty daunting and a bit encrypted. I've been to a lot of spas while traveling, but never had a booking experience like that. Also, I feel it's a bit pricey without offering additional spa amenities that are included at most other places, which also have master therapists. Cute place though!

I do not give out a lot of reviews but really enjoyed my massage with Satnarine. She was professional, allowed for relaxation, and did an incredible job with my problem areas. I will be back when in the area.

I had a wonderful 90 minute massage from Mark today. I was in need of some deep tissue work and he delivered! I feel a thousand times better and greatly appreciate Mark accommodating me. Much, much better massage than the hotel spas.

Wish I could put zero stars. Please BEWARE! $525 for what was supposed to be a bff experience in a Gazebo. The setup was janky at best. Sheets were cheap sheets-nothing spa like. No water was offered and at the end we were given a dentist sized cup of water. The entire location looks old and worn. No robes given. I have never gone to a "spa" and did not receive a robe.

The massage also ended 5 minutes earlier. This was a rip off. I have received 5 star quality experiences in NY (have a look at ancient aire baths) and the price wasnt even near this amount and it was luxurious. There wasnt even a locker to put your things in! Then the owner has the therapist trying to guilt ppl into a 20% tip! HA! The tip should be taken from the $525.

This felt like a catfish experience. We tried to support a local business instead of going to the hotels nearby and unfortunately we regret not having done so. The massage was also ok. Ive had way betterrrr! Oh and to top it off you walk through a kitchen with lockers, tables/storage room to get to the horrible looking garden setup where they tell u take your clothes off WITHOUT A ROBE. The location is also not updated. Uber took us to the old location which looked even more catfishhy.you would think wed have taken that as a red flag.

Satnarine is amazing! She is so knowledgeable about your craft and does a fantastic job each and every time!

It was amazing, I didn't believe that 90 minutes past so fast. the massage lady was professional the room was clean the the overall experience was very good. my wife and I will come back.

Called about a couples massage that my girlfriend and i wanted to go for the following day. Mark was very accommodative and was quick to fit us in the schedule for a couples sports massage the following day with two master therapists, Deborah and Satnarine. We had the best massage we had here and will certainly be back! I don't think I will ever go anywhere that will meet such expectations. So great!

Critical:Communication, Professionalism, Quality To be an Africa American to go in a place and spend so much money to just be told they can't take you because you have gloccomo and need certain medicine to function just ridiculous horrible experience.

Went there with my wife for our 7-year anniversary. We both highly recommend it. The masseuses were very professional, they asked questions prior to our massages and made us both feel really comfortable. The warm towels on the feet, on the face and back were relaxing and the massages hit every single spot. We left there relaxed and very happy. We were so impressed and would love to do it again. Everyone needs to visit the place before you book an appointment. Otherwise no refund if you don't cancel within the timeframe given. They check your temp as you arrive. but we could tell the thermometer did not reset. When asked the temp the therapist didnt know. My husband and myself were in the same room. Music was an issue. Therapist took off to look for a portable speaker. comes in to room with loud music.

When I asked for a blanket the 2 therapist didn't know where a blanket might be stored until they looked in a cabinet. I was almost afraid for her to place on me. The one sheet they have was too thin. The sheets looked old and grungy. My husband ended up sick stating the sheets stunk. We left within 10 minutes Or was probably less. The room was hot.

Ceiling fan was not enough air. The place was not a Relaxing environment. Looked old and dated. The massage therapist were not up to par. When my husband said he felt sick they thought they could take it in to their own hands and said they needed to get him CBD! Really! We left. I have never experienced a massage as this. The only thing I could think was how did i get myself and my husband in to this. I felt bad for my husband. I will never ever come back and i would please like the link so that I can let everyone know our experience. $404.00 later.

I had a great first experience here. I have been dealing with a shoulder injury and tried this place out. I had Lisa and although we only had A one hour session, she was able to do tremendous work to my neck and traps. I will definitely be going back to finish work on my shoulder and upper back!

Although my wife and I experienced a scheduling issue, Mark and his fellow massage therapist made it right with an excellent, relaxing massage. Clean room inside, my massage therapist was a lady (I forget her name) but she seemed to know a spot on my shoulder that was bothering me without me telling her because she went back to that spot several times. Just what we needed for the start of our honeymoon!

We came to get a massage for our honeymoon and there was a little snafu with scheduling but they were able to quickly make it right and came in to give us our couples massage. We had a great experience and recommend them 10/10!

Great small place! Felt clean and had a good massage. Went because I saw the outdoor set up, which was lovely! In a random area but with the trees it feels private. Friendly and accommodating staff.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at Planet Massage. I went in for a medical massage for pains in my neck and lower back. My masseuse, Jose, was professional and very knowledgeable. He not only cured the pain I was feeling, he had suggestions on how to fix the problem long term to not return. From the booking process, to accommodating my schedule, to going above and beyond my expectations, I highly recommend anyone to visit Planet Massage!

I got my rings back and a relaxation DVD (I think it was included to keep me from being on the evening news with helicopter flight over my house;) ) By the time I got my rings back I had already purchased replacements but I certainly do appreciate the honesty and the return so therefore I am amending my review as a massage was actually good.

The therapist was really good. The owner took time to talk with me and get to know me before I scheduled my visit. He was thorough with covid19 preparation and I appreciated his professionalism.

My boyfriend and I purchased a couples massage off of Groupon. Mark and Satnarine were our masseuse and masseur. They were both amazing! They are Very thorough and great at what they do. My boyfriend and I feel soooo refreshed and are ready to get back to work! We will definitely return.

Refused to use our Groupon for a couples massage, received a reasonable explanation well after the fact. I can't delete my review, so I'll be fair and leave this 4 star review until such time that I may use this spa. Thanks for getting back to me Mark.

I can't write a review how the massage actually was, however I can comment on the interaction i had with the reception desk over text messages. The staff is unprofessional and rude and dishonest. I will not be using their services. The receptionist was lying about availability, prices and company policies. Mandi should not be working in customer service.

I recently purchased a Groupon for my girlfriend's birthday and came across Planet massage. If nobody picks up the phone when calling to book an appointment, they will text you back rather quickly which can make scheduling easy. I will say, it was frustrating coordinating a date because time slots are limited for those that purchased on Groupon.

The location is near Las Olas so it is easy to find, however when you pull up it looks like an older run-down house so it makes you question where you are. Once you open the door it's a much more comfortable environment. There is plenty of parking, so if you show up a few minutes early there won't be any trouble. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I liked my therapist as I was stretched and cracked as no other therapist has done. I would recommend it for the value, but it can be deceiving because they make you tip 20% before you can even schedule the appointment.

Mark was an excellent massage therapist. In addition, I learned a lot about my body and muscles.

Stopped here before our flight because of the wonderful reviews, which were spot on. They were absolutely amazing and very accommodating.

We just left our couples massage and we both agree they are very professional and provide excellent work. A lot of people like to complain but wont speak up about what they do or dont want but these therapists give you every opportunity to communicate with them. It is what seems to be apartment turned spa so if the aesthetics of a traditional spa are what you're looking for maybe move on but the work is what matters and I would highly recommend.

Yet another amazing massage with Satnarine today! Third session of deep tissue massage focusing on my upper back and neck. She is very strong and intuitive as to what areas need extra body work attention. Also, great at stretching me. I always leave feeling great and very relaxed. All the staff is friendly and professional. Also, the atmosphere is calm and charming. I wish I could go more than once a month!

I’ve come here 3 times now and have had 3 amazing experiences. Satnarine is the absolute best, have never had a massage like her in my life. Went today because of back tightness from a car accident. She worked my muscles and stretched me in ways I’ve never experienced before. It was fantastic! Cannot wait to come back for my next massage.

Best massage venue in SoFla, hands-down. Excellent, certified masseuses. Clean. relaxing, atmosphere. Easy to get too and park. Reasonable prices given the aforementioned. Booking an appointment is easy through Yelp or their website. I'll definitely be back!
