Despite assurance that the facility get approval from the provider first before proceeding with medical treatments, Perry and his staff assured that the services were covered by the provider. However, a few years later, Perry had Capital Acct place negative report on the credit report. Do not trust Perry.

I can't imagine anyone rating Dr. Perry with less than 5 stars. I have been a patient with numerous visits over a period of many years. I've had a bad back for almost 50 years. Occasionally, it goes out and I need an adjustment. Dr. Perry ALWAYS corrects the problem and has me up and about in short order. I'm good to go for years before I need another treatment. I would never go to anyone except Leroy. I write this after having been to several other chiropractors prior to finding Dr. Perry. He is simply the best!
